Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
Fun Together LLC (‘Fun Together,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) respects your family's privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our studio or website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically, and, in limited cases, information from third parties.
Information you provide
- Contact details for the accompanying adult (name, email, phone).
- Child's first name and age (used for age-appropriate activities and safety).
- Emergency contact and any allergies or accessibility needs you choose to share.
- Payment information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
- Signed liability waiver, health screening forms, and event bookings.
Information collected automatically
- Basic web analytics: pages viewed, device type, approximate location, referring site.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to run the site and remember preferences.
Photos and video
We sometimes photograph studio activities. We will not use identifiable images of your child in marketing without your written consent on our photo release form.
2. Children's privacy (COPPA)
Our website is directed to parents and caregivers, not to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 online. Information about a child is collected only from the accompanying adult, in person or through a parent-completed form, and is used solely to provide safe, age-appropriate care during the visit.
3. How we use information
- To operate the studio, process bookings, and communicate with you.
- To keep children safe (allergy awareness, emergency contact, waiver records).
- To improve our programming and website.
- To send occasional updates about classes and events — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the studio (booking, payments, email delivery, analytics), under contracts that require confidentiality.
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect a child's safety.
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about them, and may request that we limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, email hello@funtogether.studio. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
6. Data retention
We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law (for example, signed waivers are retained for the period allowed under the California statute of limitations for minors).
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies
Our site uses essential cookies for functionality and a small number of analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
