Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Fun Together LLC operates a creative play studio for children ages 2–7 and their accompanying adults, located at 1738 E Meats Ave, Orange, CA 92865.

2. Parent-presence policy · No drop-offs

An adult (18+) must remain with the child at all times inside the studio. Fun Together is not a licensed childcare facility. We do not accept drop-offs. One adult may supervise no more than three children unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Bookings, payments, and refunds

• Session and event pricing is shown at checkout and may change from time to time.
• Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations made 24+ hours before your session receive a full credit. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Memberships auto-renew monthly and may be cancelled anytime before the next billing date.
• We reserve the right to cancel a session for safety, weather, or operational reasons and will issue a credit or refund.

4. Studio rules

• Socks required for adults and children — no shoes in play areas.
• Please stay home if anyone in your party has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or a contagious illness within 24 hours of your visit.
• Outside food is limited to allergy-friendly snacks in designated areas. No nuts.
• Respectful behavior toward staff, families, and materials is required. We may end a visit without refund for behavior that endangers others.

5. Liability waiver

Entry requires a signed liability waiver. Play involves inherent risks; by entering, you assume those risks and release Fun Together as described in the waiver.

6. Photo and video

We may photograph or video general studio activities. Identifiable images of your child will only be used in marketing with your written consent. Please do not photograph other families' children without their permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, video, logo, and design — is owned by Fun Together LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

8. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party services (booking, payment, social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

9. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun Together LLC, its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or studio. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
